When you create a profile in the “Bimbit Pembina” app, we may collect your personal information, such as the user first and last name, email address, at the time of the first login to the app.
- Access to the device usage statistics
In order to display information about the usage percentage of other applications on your child’s phone exclusively in the confirmed parent’s application.
The “Bimbit Anak” service is used by the Child only by the consent of the Parent, agreeing to this Privacy policy, the Parent consents to the collection, processing and storage of the personal data of the Child.
Then the child is able to use the “Bimbit Anak” Service connected to the Parent profile. The personal information of the child is only available to the Parent in the “Bimbit Pembina” app. Upon the Agreement, the Company may collect, use the personal information of the child, as described in this Privacy Policy, without transferring it to any third parties.
The parent may contact us in order to review and / or delete any personal information the Company has collected regarding the child or cancel permission to collect the additional information regarding the child. Please contact us at admin@bimbit.id if you have questions about your child’s profile.
Prominent Disclosure & Consent for AccessibilityService API
Bimbit Anak app needs to use the Accessibility Services API to give parents or guardians permission through the Bimbit Pembina app.
This permission is crucial for the Bimbit Pembina app to do the following:
- Read everything shown on the screen
- Keep track of which apps are being used on this device
- Show a warning screen over other apps when a child tries to use apps
- that parents have blocked or set time limits for
- Control how much time your child can spend on specific apps
- Block certain apps from being used.
In simpler terms, this permission helps Bimbit Pembina app make sure your child uses their device safely and according to the rules set by parents or guardians.
1. Why does the app need to use the Accessibility Services API?
The app uses the Accessibility Service API to work properly: It shows a warning screen over other apps when a child tries to use apps that parents have blocked or when the child has used certain apps for too long, as decided by parents or guardians.
This helps parents manage their child’s app usage and ensure safe screen time.
2. Does the app gather and/or share personal or sensitive information through its accessibility features?
No.
By granting consent, you acknowledge and agree to the usage of this accessibility service to deliver enhanced protection and supervision for your child.
Technical support and cookies
The Company collects information when you communicate using the “Bimbit Anak” app. The Company may also save any messages you send to us.
We use this information in order to operate, maintain and provide you with the functions and functionality of the Service and to communicate with you, for example, to send you notifications of your child’s movements, etc. You can control the receipt of emails and text PUSH notifications by visiting Settings in the mobile app. We can also send you app messages (for example, confirmation of a profile, notification of parental consent, confirmation of an order, change or update of the features of the Service, technical and security notifications).

- For our Bimbit Pembina product, we usually collect information on the device that has been installed Bimbit Anak. The information may include device model, system version and language, User’s submitted information, installed applications, browser records, keywords (for early warning purposes), driving information, etc
- For the Bimbit Pembina product, we request “android.permission.QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES” permission on the device that installed Bimbit Anak app, with this permission we collect and store the installed applications of the device. We’ll delete these data anytime you want, just email us at admin@bimbit.id.
1.4. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Bimbit uses the information we collect about you for the following purposes: Our processing of the collected personal data relies on the User’s consent or other circumstances the laws permit (such as for the performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations, or the conclusion or performance of a contract with the User, etc.).
