You are responsible for complying with the terms of this Agreement, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or improper purposes.

When using the “Bimbit Pembina” app, we may collect your personal information, such as your name and email address. We also collect device usage statistics to provide useful features to parents.
8. Child’s Consent and Data Collection
The “Bimbit Anak” service for children is used with parental consent. Parents agree to the collection, processing, and storage of their child’s personal data. Child data is only available to parents using the “Bimbit Pembina” app.
9. AccessibilityService API
The “Bimbit Anak” app uses the AccessibilityServices API to provide parental control features. This permission is crucial for app functionality, such as reading on-screen activities and displaying warnings for restricted apps.
10. Data Sharing and Protection
We take measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, modification, and distribution. While using the services, you acknowledge that some data may be visible to other users, such as in forums or chat rooms.
11. Your Choices
You have the choice to refuse providing personal information through the Support Service, but this may affect the services we can provide to you.
12. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at our discretion. Notification of significant changes will be provided. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
